How do I place an order?
Shopping with us online is simple! You can shop by team, category or by entering the name of the item you are searching for into the search field. When you find an item that you would like to purchase, click the Add to Cart button.

After you have entered the product in your basket you can return to the store to browse for more products. When you are ready to checkout, select Cart at the top of the page, then proceed to Checkout. Your total order will be summarized and you will have the option to make any changes to your order that you wish.

When will I receive my order?
Usually, it takes 4 to 7 working days. For all orders, delivery is 100% guaranteed!

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

Which payment methods u accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, For first time customers please make sure to place your order to your billing address of your credit card or we will deny your transaction. After payment is completed, buyer needs to contact us immediately on the same day through email if buyer needs their item to be shipped to a different address.

Do I have to pay a duty or extra charges for delivery?
No, all orders enjoy duty free, non-taxes. Please review our Shipping & Returns for more details.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.B2CJersey.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

Do you have 3X,4X and/or 5X sizes in NBA, NFL,NHL or MLB jerseys?
The sizes for most of our current available jerseys are from size 48 to 54.For few jerseys,size 56,60 is available.
